Joint venture “Altan and Vasif Gurel” has been operating since 1975 and specialized in the production of cheese. Stable and reliable company nowadays is well-known within Turkey for its delicious and ecologically pure and high quality cheese.
Information on production
For cheese production we use natural 'goat and sheep' milk.
MADE IN TRAKYA
In Turkey in the 'Yıldız Mountains' the plant is grown which is called 'thyme'. The plant gives special flavor for milk to be used for cheese production along with sea salt and yeast.
- It is used natural products and no chemical additives!
- Management of the joint venture continues following family tradition of making cheese, which is passed from generation to generation and the old recipes of our cheeses become unchanged.
- The process of making cheese manually according to the old recipes are kept.

Our Differences
Our cheese is natural and without additives, produced in hygienic conditions. Due to financial problems of big companies, no dairy products does not produce cheese of our money. Unfortunately, this situation reduces performance naturalness cheese its flavor and nutritional value.
